The Pathway to Excellence supports teachers to help their students construct a framework for personal development that assists them to understand what drives them and how to channel that motivation more effectively. The course is the second of four courses in The Dr Phil Cummins Character Education Series, a research-based character formation program that helps young people aged 15 and above to ask and answer powerful questions about how they can lead a life that is both worthwhile and well-lived. This course was prepared with the support of The Sydney Character Initiative (Australia’s tertiary home for character education located at The University of Sydney) and Dr Phil’s own company (a School for tomorrow.) in association with the book series of the same name published by Amba Press.
